Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 15 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and with all brand tags intact, to qualify for a successful exchange or refund.

  Ship the Product

  Pack the item securely and dispatch it back to our central warehouse via a traceable courier service at the address provided by our support team.

  Processing and Resolution

  Once we receive and verify the item, your exchange will be dispatched or a refund coupon will be issued within 7-10 working days.
